ENMARES Control Surfaces Balancing Test Tool was designed and manufactured to determine the hinge moments of control surfaces of different aircraft types. As a result of a repair/modification/paint on any control surfaces such as ailerons, flaps and trimtabs, center of gravity change must be constrained in the geometrical limits as specified by aircraft maintenance manuals. Our tool enables to perform this hinge moment test and to determine whether any unit weight plate addition to the part to be tested is needed. The most important feature of this tool is its compatibility for almost every aircraft types.
